Die-cut packages (or folding boxes) are used in mass production. The die-cutting technique allows us to give the packaging various shapes, thanks to which it can meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers. Such folding boxes are produced on flatbed or rotary die-cutting machines with the help of a cutter. Depending on the cutter used, you can obtain a uniform cut, a big cut or perforations (helpful in folding flaps, opening the box or tearing off part of its elements). At TFP we offer our customers two types of die-cutting:
- rotary die-cutting – used in batch production for large and bulky packages, both for manual and automatic packaging.
- flat die-cutting – used in batch production of packaging of all types of structures for which the precision of cutting out, forming bending lines and packaging opening systems is important.
