Flap packaging is among the most popular packaging choices,  renowned for its broad applicability and convenience. The design is remarkably straightforward—a cardboard box with top and bottom flaps for closure. The bottom flap is typically reinforced with packing tape for additional security.

Its main attributes include durability, ease of construction, and quick assembly. Flap packaging’s versatility is its strong suit, making it ideal for various applications like packing, sorting, storing, safeguarding, and transporting diverse goods. Its suitability for large-scale applications, such as moving or bulk packaging, is enhanced by the availability of substantial sizes.

Printing on flap packaging

The choice of printing technology should align with the desired graphic quality and the scale of production. Our facility is equipped to offer flexo, offset, and digital printing options. Flexo printing, particularly up to four colors, is prevalent for flap packaging. It strikes an optimal balance between meeting customer expectations for print quality and maintaining the packaging’s durability.
