Die-cut packaging is an ideal solution when standard packaging fails to meet specific product requirements.
These packages are known for their intricate and customized designs. Produced using die-cutters, these packages involve a grid of knives specifically designed for each project. This grid performs precise incisions, creases, or perforations in the cardboard, which, when assembled, result in the final product. Die-cut boxes, thanks to their intelligent design, are simple to assemble and don’t require additional materials like tape, glue, or staples.
Our offerings in die-cut cartons include:
- Cartons made from 3, 5, and 7-layer cardboard.
- Options in grey, single-sided white, and double-sided white.
- Packages with printing options.
- Choices between glued or foldable designs.
Advantages of die-cut packaging
- Ease of assembly due to the smart design, eliminating the need for extra adhesives.
- The durability that comes from quality materials and structural reinforcements.
- Customizable to specific shapes and solutions, offering flexibility in design.
- Functional across various industries, thanks to its versatile nature.
- Made from eco-friendly materials, supporting sustainable practices.
Packaging dimensions
The maximum size of our die-cut cartons is dictated by our die-cutting machines’ capabilities. These dimensions are determined by measuring the flat layout after unfolding the package from its 3D structure.
Our rotary die-cutting technology can produce sizes up to 2800×1540 mm,
and flat die-cutting up to 2100×1300 mm.
The minimum dimension is based on what can be feasibly die-cut and folded into a 3D structure.
Order size varies based on design and material type,
with a standard minimum production run of 1000 units.
